Inheritance Cycle

For you who love to read these books, you already know how brilliant they are. Yeah, I know that the idea is general (many author already wrote books about dragons and dragon rider), not original world like Harry Potter. But, you will love the details. The story is about Eragon, a young boy who becomes the first of a new order of Dragon Riders. And with Saphira, his dragon, they try to defeat and subvert power of Galbatorix, the evil King of Alagaësia. In the attempt, he met many different races and creatures, such as Elves, Dwaves, Urgals, Shades, Ra’zac, Werecats, etc. Some are allies, some are enemies.

Christopher Paolini originally planned it to be a trilogy, but then become a cycle. While waiting for the last book, fans discussed and speculated many things (such as who will be the next Dragon Rider, the Rock of Kuthian, Murtagh’s fate, Saphira’s mate, the Seven Words in Ancient Language, etc.), which are really fun. Many readers can’t wait for the realease of the last Book (some are tired of waiting because we didn’t even know the title, haha..). But in March 23, 2011 (finally), they announced the cover and of course the title. The book named ‘Inheritance’ from the name of the cycle, which is unpredictable. The illustration describes the beautiful Greenie (the upcoming Green Dragon). And the realease date will be in November 8, 2011 (Yippie!). But, for the translated version in other than English, you have to wait few more months.

It's brilliantly written, I think. I really love these books, and really can't wait for the last one! One of the reason is The new Dragon will be Green ^_^ (yeay, my favorite color!).

Shiver

Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater [red:stivoter] is the first book of 'The Wolves of Mercy Falls' trilogy. Ah,, this book is beautifully written. Here is the synopsis...
For years, Grace has watched the wolves in the woods behind her house. One yellow-eyed wolf—her wolf—is a chilling presence she can't seem to live without. Meanwhile, Sam has lived two lives: In winter, the frozen woods, the protection of the pack, and the silent company of a fearless girl. In summer, a few precious months of being human... until the cold makes him shift back again.
Now, Grace meets a yellow-eyed boy whose familiarity takes her breath away. It's her wolf. It has to be. But as winter nears, Sam must fight to stay human—or risk losing himself, and Grace, forever.
It's beautiful/sad love story between Sam [Roth] & Grace [Brisbane]. When I read fictions, I usually love male character rather than the female. But this makes me fall for Grace's character. She is independent, clever, and assertive in a good way. Also Isabel's [Culpeper], she's described as blond, rich, and sarcastic (that can destroy anyone, LOL) in the beginning of the book, but the character's developed to clever (in unbelievably way) and not let the grief go on.

The other characters are Olivia [Marx] and Rachel (Grace's bestfriends), Jack [Culpeper] (Isabel's brother), Beck (Sam's guardian), Shelby, Paul, Ulrich, and Salem.

Well, if you like romance and werewolves thing, you will love this book.

nb: I made a poll for the cast! Make your vote please!

Juanes

Juanes
Juanes by ashch0c on Polyvore.com
Juanes is a Colombian singer, songwriter, guitarist and music producer! Love him and his music!

He is my favorite latin singer ever!!! I first saw him on 'La Camisa Negra' music video on Clip Trip. I fell in love with the beat, rhythm, melody and his eyes. Then the local TV O Channel play his 'Para Tu Amor', and my first reaction like 'Aaaaaaaa.. La Camisa Negra Guy!!!' LOL! Then I searched everything about him and found out that he already had 3 albums that time (Fijate Bien, Un Día Normal, Mi Sangre). I listened to his popular songs and watched his music videos on youtube.  Loved it! I began to learn spanish (that’s what I wanted to do long ago) and translate the lyrics. It’s so romantic, touching, peaceful, patriotic in some songs, and the others contains broken feeling that beautifully writen.  My very favorites are A Dios Le Pido, Amame, Nada Valgo Sin Tu Amor, Hoy Me Voy, and Esta Noche. I become his biggest fan from Indonesia, I think! (haha.. my friends sometimes feel annoyed with my addiction). And after ‘La Vida es Un Ratico’ album, he released ‘P.A.R.C.E.’  . I don’t have the latest yet, but I definitely will. ^_^

In Love with Eliza Bennett

Well, it's like i'm in love with this actress since i watched her as Tora Brown in Nanny McPhee. She's Eliza Hope Bennett (March 17, 1992) a British actress with beautiful grey eyes and blond hair. And many people said (and me, too) that she played a perfect Meggie Folchart for Inkheart, She has a powerful voice and lovely accent, and that's fit the character of a Silvertongue. (do you think so?) You can listen to her singing for the closing soundtrack 'My Declaration' (watch the Music Video below!). Not so many credits for her though.. She started her acting carrier as Jemima Potts in stage musical of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for one and a half year when she was nine. Then she played Princess Arabella in The Prince & Me. She had been in TV films like Supernova and Miss Marple: By the Pricking of My Thumbs. And as Emily Day in The Contractor, you will love her even she's a liar, haha.. As she grown up, she picked many different characters, strong characters I think. Like Meggie (as you know, she was 15 or 16 when filming Inkheart and played 12 year old girl. She has cute face, right?), Susan Oldknow in From Time to Time (she played a blind girl naturally), and Kate Anderson in F (a horror thriller movie). Even in the last one, she's great for a rebellious teenage girl (I won't say the film is great. It's weird! When you watch it, you will like 'Why have to be like that? Is that the only reason? Why they targeted everyone? What are their fault?).
She went to London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts exam when she was in elementary, then to Leighton Park School (she was in the senior school production of "The Crucible" and played as Elizabeth Proctor) and after that to Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. That proves that she loves acting so much. So don't worry, we can still be able to see her in many movies in the future! ^_^
